Downtown Spirits does not market or sell to persons under the age of 21.
It is required to present a government issued identification clearly identifying date of birth with all alcohol deliveries. Delivery cannot be made to anyone under the age of 21. Downtown Spirits requires a signature with every delivery. The name on the ID must match the name on the purchase order. If you are placing an order for delivery to a 3rd party, both the purchaser and recipient must provide age verification with a government issued identification.
We do not ship to states where prohibited by law. All alcoholic shipments require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
